Standard Shipping (Continental US)
UPS Ground - Shipping charges are assessed using the following scale:
Allow 3-7 business days for delivery after shipment
*Free Shipping allowance does not apply to turbine vent orders
Expediated Shipping (Continental US) - Ships same day if in stock
(orders must be received by 12pm Pacific)
We offer 3-Day, 2nd Day, & Next Day Air Options - Charges are calculated based on the # of parts.
Shipping Options (Canada, Hawaii & Alaska)
UPS Ground - Calculated as 35% of the total order amount for purchases under $50 (maximum charge $17.50). For purchases over $50, a shipping fee of 25% of the total is assessed. Allow 3-7 business days for delivery after shipment.
Expediated Shipping (Canada, Hawaii & Alaska) - Will ship same day if in stock
Fed Ex Next Day Air - $110 Rush and Freight Per Piece - email dave@luxurymetals.com for special pricing on larger orders (over 10 pieces)
Fed Ex 2nd Day Air -- $90 Rush and Freight Per Piece -- email dave@luxurymetals.com for special pricing on larger orders (over 10 pieces)
Packaging
Copper vents are wrapped in a protective plastic coating to prevent scratching during shipping and transport. This can be easily removed with a sharp edge.
Processing Of Order
Please allow 1-2 days for processing & shipment, at which time you'll receive a tracking code to monitor the progress of your shipment via UPS Ground (standard) or FedEx (expediated).

When Extra Freight Charges May Apply
All Freight Charges will be assessed at online checkout. For Eave vents, we will refund any freight charged in excess of our actual cost. Extra Freight charges may apply for Roof Vents in excess of 6" based on actual freight costs. This will be billed separately before shipment.
